Key Responsibilities

Oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods
Monitors inventory levels and ensures stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
Supervises warehouse personnel and assigns daily operational tasks
Implements warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Coordinates with logistics, procurement, and sales teams regarding stock movement and delivery schedules
Ensures proper organization and storage of products within the warehouse
Maintains compliance with health, safety, and security standards
Monitors warehouse equipment and coordinates maintenance when necessary
Investigates and resolves discrepancies involving inventory, damages, or delayed deliveries
Prepares operational and inventory reports for management review
Optimizes warehouse space utilization and workflow processes
Oversees inbound and outbound shipment documentation and monitoring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management
Knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, and safety procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP)
Experience handling warehouse personnel and operations
