Your tasks
- Technically support Sales to grow the business
- Support application and development projects towards HUBER+SUHNER’s customers
- Handles technical inquiries incl. Non-Standard Inquiries
- Supports prototype and pre-series production products
- Provide a high level of support (technical, administrative, etc.) to our customers, e.g. proposals, major quotes, contract reviews
- Remain up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies
- Ensure that all relevant technical information is communicated effectively throughout the sales organization
- Represent HUBER+SUHNER at technical seminars and exhibitions
- Internal sales and external customer product training
- Take responsibility for product group allocated for meeting financial, market and product goals
- Support the Strategy & Business Development organization on competitor activities with respect to products, pricing, target markets and product strategies
Your profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree majored in electric or electromechanical.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience and knowledge in Auto cable and/or wiring assembly products.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in field application of various Automotive electrification.
- Good commercial capabilities and business attitude (able to understand sales aspects like quotes, reply to RFQ, lead times, etc.)
- Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is necessary, knowledge of IATF16949 is preferred.
- Knowledge and competence in Microsoft Office software, and Auto CAD is a plus.
- Good at handling customer complaints and product quality issues.
- Good English language skills (written and spoken).
- Good communication & networking skills.
