Job Descriptions
- Participate in developing, enhancing, and optimizing features for banking systems, including Payment platforms, Money Transfer, Lending, eBanking, and other internal business systems.
- Be involved throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project quality, delivery timeline, and implementation efficiency.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices that meet system requirements in terms of performance, security, and scalability.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance during production operations.
- Research, propose, and adopt new technologies and technical solutions to continuously improve product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunications, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of software development experience, including a minimum of 1 year of frontend development experience using Angular.
- At least 2 years of experience working in Banking, Finance, FinTech, E-commerce, or related domains.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with at least one database technology such as Oracle, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and Microservices architecture.
- Proficient in using Git, GitLab, and Docker containers.
- Good communication skills, product mindset, and strong teamwork capabilities.
- Passionate about learning, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Preferred
- Experience working with Python.
- Experience applying DevOps/DevSecOps practices in software development and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
