Job Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closure of projects across multiple domains.
Support the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of project reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for flawless project execution.
Monitor project progress and proactively inform stakeholders of risks, issues, or delays.
Help manage project documentation, schedules, and action in time.
Coordinate meetings and ensure action follow-up.
Support data-driven decision-making using Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Participate in financial tracking, cost control, and analysis of project business performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Job Requirement and Qualification
Bachelor's degree or degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering
2 years of experience as a Project Assistant or similar position
Basic knowledge of project financial management, such as budgeting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis
Previous experience in data analysis and indicator management
Advanced Excel
