Position Title: Virtual Migration Assistant
Work Arrangement: Onsite at Legazpi City, Albay
Overview
Australia Visa Assist is seeking a highly experienced Virtual Migration Assistant to support our migration team with drafting and preparation of employer-sponsored visa documents. This role is best suited to someone with prior experience in an Australian migration agency and strong working knowledge of migration processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft employer-sponsored migration documents, including:
- Nomination applications
- Visa applications
- Partner visa documents
- Prepare business cases and genuine position statements
- Draft employment contracts for review
- Assist with submission letters, if required
- Process Australian police checks
- Support the preparation and organization of migration-related documentation for review by the Registered Migration Agent
Requirements
Required Experience
- Previous experience working in an Australian migration agency
- Experience using Migration Manager
- Strong drafting and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and reliably in a remote environment
Preferred
- Familiarity with employer-sponsored visa processes
- Experience supporting a Registered Migration Agent
