Responsibilities
Creatively and proactively source qualified candidates for managerial to executive-level positions.
Review and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews smoothly.
Support candidates through the process.
Keep accurate records of recruitment activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
At least 6 months of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search, headhunting, or outsourcing.
Knowledgeable in sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
