Support end-to-end interview scheduling for North America candidates in Retail Leadership & Corporate roles
Predominantly non-voice, email-based delivery via Outlook and Starbucks internal tools RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule candidate interviews related to events as required gaining relevant availabilities and retrieving feedback forms from interviewers.
Request interviewers, scheduling candidates, creation of interview schedule, etc.
Follow-up with candidates to secure clarification on discrepancies.
Communicate process, data and forms status to candidates and stakeholders as required.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
English advanced – B2 Conversational
Administrative task (Min. 6 months)
Interest in customer support.
