With or without experience
Fluent in English
Must have good communication skills.
Strong negotiation and management abilities
With pleasing personality

Duties And Responsibilities

Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms
Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands
Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal
Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts
Work Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Deployment: HEAD OFFICE - PASAY CITY
Salary Offer: 21,500 Php (Meal allowance and pro-rated Service Charge included)
