Establish a strong understanding of our customers’ business and break them down into business flows.
Identify the key pain points of our customers’ businesses.
Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market.
Analyze and figure out the most effective technology solution to help our customers mitigate their pain points.
Collect and/or create business requirements from key stakeholders to work with Business Analysts (BAs) to create timeline and budget of each solution project.
Track and coordinate with Business Analyst / Designer / Developer / Quality Assurance teams and make sure that all teams work according to plan and timeline
Create sprint Epics, and work with BAs to ensure that User Stories are well written and can be communicated to the Development team.
Act as main point of contact with our clients, including creating presentations and responding to client needs.

At least 3 years of working experience as a project manager
Commands a good understanding of Agile Development process
Technical background with experience in software/mobile/web development technologies
Keen attention to details
Past experience in tech consulting will be a plus
If you have coding/programming experience will be a plus
Tackle problem with an analytical approach and is not afraid to think outside the box
Must be able to communicate in English
