Key Responsibilities
Communicate with tenants, property owners, and contractors via phone and email
Coordinate property repairs, maintenance, and inspections
Assist with tenant screening and lease documentation
Maintain accurate property records and databases
Support rent collection, bill payments, and basic bookkeeping
Prepare monthly financial summaries and tenant newsletters
Research rental market trends and provide administrative support
Ensure excellent tenant experience through timely follow-ups
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Prior property management experience is an advantage but not required
