Key Responsibilities
Contact leads and prospects to schedule qualified appointments
Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, and emails
Qualify leads based on established criteria
Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
Handle objections using proven scripts and sales techniques
Update CRM records after every interaction
Manage appointment calendars and prepare performance reports
Continuously develop sales and communication skills
Qualifications
Previous appointment-setting experience is required
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Confident making outbound calls and following call scripts
Strong customer service, active listening, and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
