Job Specification
Have a minimum relevant experience of about 5 to 7 years in sales and marketing, preferably in relevant industry - e.g., engineering, surveying, construction, technology, or AEC services.
Proven experience in market research, market analysis, and geographic/sector studies.
Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and managing complex B2B sales cycles
Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, including digital marketing
Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and report writing.
Results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
