We’re looking for an Admin/Liaison Staff to join the team at MOA, Pasay!

What You’ll Do

  • **Connect & Coordinate:** Facilitate smooth communication between internal departments and external partners.
  • **Manage Operations:** Handle emails, correspondence, phone calls, and schedule/coordinate meetings.
  • **Document & Report:** Prepare presentations, reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • **Represent us:** Attend meetings with external partners and help resolve coordination issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or liaison role.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in office software/communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
