Job Description
We are currently hiring a Sales Representative to handle customer inquiries, promote products and services, and drive sales conversions through effective communication. You will engage with customers, identify their needs, and offer suitable solutions while delivering excellent customer service.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for sales jobs in Manila, BPO sales jobs with no experience required, and entry-level call center roles with high earning potential and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound sales calls or interactions
- Promote products and services based on customer needs
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Provide accurate product information and pricing details
- Assist customers through the sales process from inquiry to closing
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout all interactions
- Document all sales activities accurately in the system
- Follow compliance and company sales guidelines
WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING
This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires to ensure success in the sales environment.
Requirements
- No experience required
- High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
- Good English communication and persuasion skills
- Strong confidence and customer engagement ability
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules
