Key Responsibilities
- Support client engagements and projects from start-up to completion. This includes:
- Working directly with the project team to execute and monitor large, complex projects.
- Coordinating of multiple stakeholder needs.
- Supporting the creation of regular project updates, as well as participation in the development of deliverables.
- Scheduling activities and coordinating meetings.
- Taking notes during formal and informal client meetings as well as internal meetings.
- Tracking expenses and project hours.
- Collaborating with CFSC employees and sub-contractors.
- Provide timely and accurate service to clients.
- Assist with the design and execution of effective, compliant marketing campaigns (e.g., direct mail, telemarketing).
- Undertake desk and telephone-based research, including conducting client, competitor, and industry interviews and summarizing results.
- Conduct qualitative analysis of research findings and craft client recommendations.
Education/Experience
A B.A. is required; familiarity with project coordination is a plus.
Candidate must be team-oriented and able to multitask within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate will be intelligent, flexible, and willing to learn.
