Position: Service Relationship Manager-UFSI
Office Location: Unionbank Northeast, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines
Job Summary: The Service Relationship Manager provides sales support by designing and implementing process improvements, assisting with new products, promotions, and projects, and resolving issues using sound judgment. Reviews and develops training materials, supports high-profile client activities, and ensures compliance with regulations while providing administrative assistance to sales management teams. Actively assesses risk in business decisions, promotes adherence to policies and ethical standards, and escalates control issues transparently to safeguard the firm’s reputation and assets.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day sales support, including improving processes and workflows
- Assist in launching new products, promotions, and business initiatives
- Resolve operational issues using data and sound judgment
- Support high-profile client activities and sales engagements
- Ensure the sales team follows regulatory and compliance requirements
