About The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Branch Ambassador who will champion digital banking adoption while delivering exceptional customer service experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys helping customers transition to digital platforms, and contributes to efficient branch operations.
What You’ll Do
- Advocate and promote UnionBank’s digital platforms such as UBOnline App, The Portal, SME Business Banking App, and Digital Transaction Portal
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting clients with transactions and addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns within standard turnaround time
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions, maintaining compliance with bank policies, procedures, and security standards
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services and endorse potential clients to Relationship Managers
- Maintain operational accuracy and service quality, including proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to confidentiality policies (RA 1405)
