The Motorcycle Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales operations to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. This role oversees the sales team, develops and implements sales strategies, monitors performance, and ensures an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, proven success in motorcycle sales, and a solid understanding of the two-wheel vehicle market. Experience in electric motorcycles or e-bikes is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the motorcycle sales team to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that increase market share, revenue, and profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales consultants to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process, from inquiry to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up.
  • Build and maintain relationships with individual customers, corporate accounts, fleet buyers, and financing partners.
  • Manage showroom operations, including product presentation, inventory coordination, and promotional displays.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute sales campaigns, dealership events, and promotional activities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, new motorcycle models, and emerging technologies, including electric motorcycles and e-bikes.
  • Work closely with the Service and Parts departments to support customer retention and after-sales business.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in motorcycle sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, financing, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales processes.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
