Office Utility / Housekeeping Staff Job Responsibilities:
Keep the office clean, organized, and in good condition at all times.
Clean and sanitize comfort rooms, pantry areas, workstations, and other office facilities.
Refill and monitor cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
Report any repairs or maintenance concerns to the management team.
Arrive at work on time and complete assigned tasks responsibly.
Provide friendly and helpful assistance to employees, clients, and visitors when needed.
Work well with the team and maintain a positive attitude in the workplace.
Follow company rules and safety procedures.
Qualifications
At least a High School Graduate
With 1-2 years of housekeeping, utility, janitorial, or related work experience is an advantage.
Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn.
Has a positive attitude and can work well with others.
Can work independently and follow instructions properly.
