Remote Lead Coordinator

Location: Remote - Philippines

TruBlue of Chicagoland North is a growing home services company serving the north and northwest suburbs of Chicago. We provide professional handyman repairs, home maintenance, senior safety upgrades, and accessibility solutions for homeowners who want dependable, worry-free service.

We are hiring a Remote Lead Coordinator to help manage incoming leads, customer follow-up, scheduling support, and basic administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping turn inquiries into booked appointments. You will play a key role in making sure every lead is contacted quickly and every customer feels cared for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to new leads from platforms such as Thumbtack, Angi, Home Depot, website inquiries, referral partners, and other sources
  • Contact leads by phone, text, email, or platform message
  • Enter lead and customer information into Housecall Pro when needed
  • Follow up with unscheduled leads, unscheduled estimates, and sent estimates
  • Help move leads toward booked appointments, estimates, scheduled jobs, or closed/lost status
  • Support customer communication before and after jobs
  • Assist with basic scheduling and dispatch coordination as the company grows
  • Help with simple marketing tasks such as posting before-and-after photos, preparing social media posts, and monitoring local Facebook groups
  • Keep notes, follow-up records, and customer information organized

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of administrative, customer service, sales support, lead coordination, or virtual assistant experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English required
  • Clear, professional phone communication skills
  • Must be personable, confident, and comfortable making outbound calls
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
  • Experience with home services, construction, remodeling, trades, or handyman companies is a strong plus
  • Experience using CRMs, scheduling tools, or Housecall Pro is a plus
  • Must be available Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Central Time.
  • Reliable internet, computer, and quiet work environment required

Pay And Benefits

  • Independent Contractor (freelance contract; not an employee position)
  • Pay: USD $7.00-$9.00 per hour, approximately 35-40 hours per week.
