<span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:107%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">As a member of the scrum and support teams, the IT SAS
Application Senior Specialist is responsible for the operation, administration,
maintenance, and support of SAS applications and platforms. The role ensures
stable, secure, and performant SAS environments, supports business users, and
works closely with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure end
to end service reliability of SAS solutions.

day-to-day operational support for SAS applications (e.g., SAS 9.x, SAS Viya,

application health, performance, and availability, ensuring SLAs are met. - <span lang="en-us" style="font-size:10pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;" xml:lang="en-us">Troubleshoot

application changes, enhancements, and new feature deployments in line with

in system upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives (e.g., SAS 9 to

as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAS applications, providing guidance to
analysts, data scientists, and business users. - <span lang="en-us" style="font-size:10pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;" xml:lang="en-us">Assist
users with job scheduling, data processing, reporting, and performance
optimization. - <span lang="en-us" style="font-size:10pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;" xml:lang="en-us">Create
