Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or other related experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
