Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BPO Team Leader to manage and develop a team of customer service/sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding performance targets, coaching and mentoring team members, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Experience in the travel or sales account is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day team activities, including task delegation and performance monitoring.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and behavior.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve team and organizational goals.
- Conduct training and development programs for team members.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the BPO industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage retention and attrition, and drive KPIs.
