Java Tech Lead | Enterprise Java & Microservices | ReactJS | MongoDB | Kafka | Jenkins
We are looking for an experienced
Java Tech Lead to join our engineering team and lead development squads building enterprise-grade Java applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, ReactJS, MongoDB, and team leadership, with the ability to drive technical delivery and mentor engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a squad of Java developers through design, development, and delivery.
- Drive code quality through code reviews, coding standards, and architectural best practices.
- Design and develop Microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Contribute to full-stack feature delivery using ReactJS where required.
- Work with MongoDB and relational databases for application development and optimization.
- Guide the team on Kafka integration and Jenkins-based CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders for successful delivery.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support their technical growth.
- Communicate effectively with onshore teams and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or Team Lead role.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Good experience with ReactJS and MongoDB.
- Working knowledge of Kafka and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
- Excellent team management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial Services domain experience is an added advantage.
