The Role
• Design and develop AI-powered solutions to address complex enterprise data and analytics challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including platform, data, and product specialists, to design and build solutions.
• Evaluate and experiment with cutting-edge AI methodologies and frameworks to enhance solution effectiveness.
• Document solution designs, assumptions, and algorithms to facilitate enterprise-wide adoption.
• Work across the full software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through design, build, and implementation.
What You'll Need
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in software development, with a strong background in both Front-End and Back-End development.
• Solid understanding of cross-platform interoperability and familiarity with major tools and features across multiple platforms.
• Proficient in translating business problems into algorithmic solutions and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong logical reasoning, mathematical thinking, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to AI-assisted experimentation and evaluation frameworks is a plus.
