Job Description
A Medical Concierge Technical Operations Director bridges healthcare delivery with advanced health tech and administrative infrastructure. This leader scales digital patient services, directs enterprise health-IT systems, and ensures seamless coordination between VIP medical services, telemedicine platforms, and clinical staff.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related allied health field is typically required
Requires 5–10+ years of progressive senior leadership experience, specifically in clinical operations, HMO administration, or healthcare call center/BPO settings
Direct experience overseeing patient navigation, VIP care coordination, and end-to-end concierge program development
Deep familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), hospital information systems (HIS), and digital telemedicine/concierge platforms.
Expertise in P&L management, risk management, forecasting, and process improvement frameworks like Lean/Six Sigma.
Strong, working knowledge of Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) guidelines, HMO policies, and data privacy laws.
