About The Role
We are looking for a
Zoho Developer to own and enhance our Zoho ecosystem by developing custom solutions, automating business processes, and integrating Zoho applications with internal systems. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, build scalable workflows using Deluge scripting, develop applications in Zoho Creator, customize Zoho CRM and other Zoho One applications, and implement API integrations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong technical expertise, a process-driven mindset, and the ability to independently manage and optimize the Zoho platform as the organization grows.
What you'll do
- Customize and configure Zoho CRM and other Zoho One apps (Books, Desk, People, Projects, Creator, Flow)
- Build automated workflows and business logic using Deluge scripting
- Develop custom applications and portals in Zoho Creator
- Build and maintain API integrations between Zoho and our in-house systems
- Map existing business processes before automating them, working closely with each department
- Keep the Zoho setup clean, well-structured, and scalable as we grow
What we're looking for
- Proven hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer (not just admin/configuration)
- Strong Deluge scripting skills workflows, functions, custom business logic
- Experience with Zoho Creator (custom app development) and Zoho CRM customization
- API integration experience connecting Zoho to external, non-Zoho systems
- A process-first mindset you understand the business flow before you automate it
- Ability to work independently and own the Zoho stack end to end
Nice to have
- Experience across the wider Zoho One suite (Books, People, Desk, Flow)
- Zoho Sign / digital onboarding workflow experience
- Exposure to financial services or other regulated/data-sensitive environments
- Zoho certifications
