Job Description
We’re Hiring – OT & Product Security Specialist Locations: Bangalore / Pune / Gurugram Experience: 4–6 Years Role Overview: Join our team to secure OT/ICS environments, embedded products and AI/LLM-enabled systems. You will perform infrastructure and product VAPT, exploit development, secure code reviews, AI/LLM security testing, and work closely with engineering teams to embed security across the SDLC. Key Responsibilities: - Perform OT/ICS and product penetration tests, threat emulation and risk assessments. - Conduct secure code review and static/dynamic analysis for firmware, APIs and thick clients. - Develop and validate exploits/PoCs, and demonstrate impact through controlled post-exploitation. - Assess AI/LLM model security and data-flow risks; test model inputs/outputs for adversarial vectors. - Produce clear technical reports, remediation guidance and secure design recommendations. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement secure-by-design controls. Required Skills & Tools: - Hands-on OT/ICS testing and awareness of ICS protocols and constraints. - Strong product security and application penetration testing experience (web, API, thick client). - Exploit development and reverse-engineering skills (IDA, Ghidra, Frida or similar). - Proficiency with Burp Suite, Kali tooling and common VAPT frameworks. - Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK (including ICS mappings) and ISA/IEC 62443. - Good reporting, communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Preferred: - Certifications: OSCP, GICSP, GRID (preferred). - Experience testing AI/LLM security, model hardening or adversarial ML techniques. Apply: Send CV to
