- Future Work Location: Greenhills Tower (after approximately 35 months)
Important: The initial work location will be at
UP Town Center (UPTC), Katipunan, Quezon City. Employees will be transferred to our
Greenhills Tower site after approximately
35 months. During the temporary assignment at UPTC, a
2,000 monthly transportation allowance and
free meals will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to utility services.
- Assist customers with billing concerns, account updates, payments, and service requests.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Accurately document customer interactions in company systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate.
- At least 6 months of international BPO voice experience.
- Must have Telco or Sales experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Must meet Harver Language Assessment Level B2.
- Must be willing to work onsite on a permanent night shift.
- Must be residing within Metro Manila.
