Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with farm biosecurity protocols
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor animal health
- Identify and treat sick animals promptly
- Diagnose diseases or abnormalities through observation
- Track and record mortality and morbidity rates
- Oversee vaccination programs according to protocols
- Ensure SOP adherence in Farrowing and Wean-to-Finish operations
- Plan schedules to meet manpower needs
- Coordinate with the Farm Manager on operational issues
- Perform additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of Agriculture, Animal Science or related fields
- With at least 2 years of experience in a swine farm
- Able to stay-in the farm premises at Pinamungajan, Cebu
- High adaptability and problem-solving skills
