We are hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Sr. QS) with strong claims experience and tunneling/underground construction background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage construction claims (EOT, variations, cost claims)
- Handle contract administration and ensure project compliance
- Review project documents and identify claim opportunities
- Support negotiations and dispute resolution
- Work closely with engineering and project teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sr. QS in construction projects
- Strong claims expertise (mandatory)
- Tunneling or underground project experience required
- Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contracts
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
