About The Team
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and motivated early-career professional to join our Category Strategy - Cross Border Team. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn how e-commerce categories are built and scaled, with hands-on exposure to data, strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will support category initiatives for Cross Border sellers in the Philippines while developing core skills in business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and project execution.
Job Description
- Support tracking and analysis of category and seller performance;
- Assist in executing category initiatives, promotions, and seller programs;
- Work with local teams (Marketing, BD, Operations) to support campaign execution;
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal reviews;
- Help coordinate timelines and deliverables across teams;
- Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects.
Requirements
- 1+ year of work experience, preferably with strong internship experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or related fields;
- Strong command of English (spoken and written);
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides;
- Curious about e-commerce, business growth, and data;
- Organized, detailed, and eager to learn;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks;
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, PH.
