The role is critical in maintaining accurate reporting, consistent processes, and compliance with both client and internal stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report Validation: Review, validate, and ensure timely delivery of reports prepared by Intraday Analysts and other WFM disciplines (Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Reporting).
Process Integrity: Develop and maintain consistency of WFM processes/procedures across accounts.
Service Delivery: Balance staffing requirements with operational efficiency and financial goals to meet client expectations.
Data Management: Extract, manipulate, and present data using WFM applications/manual platforms, maximizing system functionality.
Audit Compliance: Manage internal and external audits with established processes and controls.
Team Coaching: Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback sessions with direct reports. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Project Rest Day: Rotation Project/Team Location: Quezon Gateway Tower 2
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3 years relevant work experience; 1 year supervisory
