Location: Victoria, Australia

Contract: 8 weeks + extension

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Program Delivery Lead and trusted advisor, supporting the client executive across strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain effective program governance, ensuring clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, dependencies and decision points.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, status updates and steering committee materials.
  • Drive program planning, scheduling and delivery coordination across multiple workstreams.
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder meetings, ensuring actions, decisions and outcomes are clearly documented and progressed.
  • Maintain and actively manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) registers and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Coordinate delivery readiness activities to support successful program execution.
  • Track and progress actions arising from roadmap development, initiative scoping and strategic planning workshops.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and delivery activities.
  • Identify delivery risks and recommend practical solutions to maintain program momentum.
  • Support the definition, prioritization and mobilization of future initiatives.


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Program Delivery Lead, Program Manager or Senior PMO Lead within large enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in program governance, reporting and executive stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting strategic transformation programs from planning through delivery.
  • Experience facilitating executive workshops, planning sessions and cross-functional meetings.
  • Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid).
  • Experience managing RAID logs, action registers, dependency tracking and program planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare executive-quality documentation.
  • Ability to work autonomously while effectively engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, outcomes-focused approach.


Desirable Experience

  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Consulting or professional services background.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management, roadmap planning and strategic initiative delivery.
  • Experience using project and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Planner.
