Job Summary
The Sales Development Officer – Top Accounts drives growth and profitability by managing key customer relationships and ensuring consistent achievement of sales and collection targets. The role requires strong negotiation, account management, and service delivery skills to sustain business performance and foster long‑term partnerships.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
- Manages assigned top accounts, ensuring consistent coverage and adherence to the Basic Call Procedure.
- Negotiates effectively with customers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prospects new accounts to support growth and maintain territory performance.
Collections & Compliance
- Achieves collection targets for active accounts and clears outstanding balances from inactive accounts.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and industry standards in all transactions.
Customer Relationship Building
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers through consistent engagement and benefit‑driven selling.
- Provides timely and exceptional service to enhance customer experience.
Operational Efficiency
- Plans coverage, organizes sales documents, and executes merchandising and promotions.
- Maximizes the use of tools of trade to improve productivity and deliver results.
