Service Provider Relations and Contract Compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply chain, or related field
  • Has at least 5 years of experience in manpower service provider/vendor management, procurement, or operations
  • Has experience in contract negotiation and administration
  • Has substantial knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards

Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for manpower service providers concerns and escalations.
  • Foster collaboration between internal stakeholders and manpower service providers.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, including orientation on company standards and procedures.
  • Monitor manpower service provider performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contract terms.
  • Conduct audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in drafting reviewing, and managing contracts and service agreements.
  • Resolve contractual disputes in coordination with legal and procurement teams.
  • Ensure adherence to approved budgets and cost controls.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to manpower service provider operations (e.g., safety, legal, reputational).
  • Ensure manpower service providers comply with HSE and GlobalGAP standards and company policies.
  • Investigate incidents involving manpower service providers and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Implement best practices in manpower service provider management and governance.
