Position: Asset Recovery Assistant

Job Summary: The Asset Recovery Assistant supports foreclosure and property documentation processes by assisting with the payment of legal commissions, preparation of checks for registration fees and taxes, and coordination with the Register of Deeds, Assessors, and other government offices. It helps facilitate the release, registration, and consolidation of titles and tax declarations while ensuring requirements are accurately submitted. The position also manages the assessment and payment of real estate taxes for ROPOA and performs related administrative tasks to ensure smooth property disposition workflows.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Foreclosure & Legal Documentation Support – Assists in foreclosure-related activities, including processing payments for legal fees and petitions associated with Extra-Judicial Foreclosure (EJF) and Certificate of Sale (COS) confirmations.
- Registration & Title Transfer Processing – Supports the Registration Officer (RO) in preparing payments for registration fees and BIR taxes, releasing titles, and facilitating the registration and consolidation of titles and tax declarations.
- Government Agency Coordination – Coordinates with the Register of Deeds, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Assessor’s Offices, and Local Government Units to ensure timely submission of requirements and completion of title and tax declaration transfers.
- Real Estate Tax Administration – Manages the assessment and payment of real estate taxes for acquired properties, liaising with local government offices to ensure timely compliance and accurate records.
- Administrative & Operational Support – Performs administrative tasks, maintains documentation, prepares payment-related requirements, and provides overall operational support for property registration, consolidation, and asset management activities.
