Electrical Wiring and Termination: Perform wire checking, termination, and labeling according to electrical schematics.
Cable Management: Install, pull, lay, and secure electrical cables, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and site standards.
Conduit Installation: Measure, bend, thread, cut, and install conduits (EMT, IMC, PVC, and flexible conduits).
Panel Assembly: Build and install control panels, distribution boards, and motor control centers (MCC).
Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including motors, drives, and control circuits.
Installation and Commissioning: Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
Blueprint and Schematic Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance on electrical systems to prevent breakdowns.
Instrumentation Work: Install and calibrate sensors, relays, switches, and control devices as required.
Adherence to Codes and Standards: Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC).
Must possess an NCII Certificate in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or equivalent.
Experience in industrial environments is preferred.
Strong knowledge of industrial motors, control systems, PLCs, and electrical drives.
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and control diagrams.
Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and electrical codes.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
