Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and key opinion leaders.

Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals based on the approved call plan.

Address customer inquiries and provide product-related information.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive service.

Product Promotion

Deliver accurate and persuasive product presentations.

Conduct product detailing using approved marketing materials.

Organize product presentations, medical meetings, and promotional activities.

Stay updated on product knowledge, clinical studies, and competitor products.

Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

Gather market feedback and customer insights.

Submit regular market intelligence reports to management.

Recommend strategies to improve market penetration.

Administrative Duties

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Maintain accurate customer records and visit logs.

Submit expense reports and activity reports on time.

Manage promotional materials and product samples responsibly.

Compliance

Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

Adhere to ethical selling practices and company code of conduct.

Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
