Job Description

Support data generation and analysis for monthly sales planning.
Monitor and analyze dealer sales activities and performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to support sales strategies.
Assist in creating presentation materials for management use in meetings and presentations.
Develop and consolidate the monthly sales plan through the preparation of the Sales Pack.
Support implementation and monitoring of sales programs.
Prepare reports on internal sales performance and market trends (TIV, promo report, and etc.)
Assist in the preparation of targets.
Performs safety duties and responsibilities, and complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Assist in the development and execution of incentive programs for the sales force.

Qualifications

Graduate of Business Management, Economics, Statistics or any related course
At least 1 year of experience in Sales Planning, Data Analysis in automotive industry ins preferred
Ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Excel and Data reporting tools
