Qualifications
Medical Allied Graduates / Board Passers (Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy)
Nursing Undergraduates (at least 3rd year completed)
Experience in HMO or Insurance (LOA Issuer or Claims Processor) is an advantage
Non-Medical Graduates with at least 1 year of BPO/Call Center experience
Good English and Tagalog communication skills
Computer literate
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Duties And Responsibilities
Assist customers and members with inquiries regarding HMO benefits, coverage, and services
Handle customer concerns and provide timely and appropriate resolutions
Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal departments as needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction at all times
