Prepare schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering project
Perform control of the project (overall work schedule, manpower assignments, tools schedule) and report status regularly
Initially evaluates project manpower requirements including new skilled/non-skilled workers
Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager, project-in-charge, site engineers, and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Review project deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective action
Graduate in automotive technology or any related tech-voc course (at least 2-year vocational course)

Must have adequate knowledge and hands-on experience in programming, controllers, troubleshooting, instrumentation, synchronizing, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment
