As a Premium Telco Non-Voice Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer support to premium telecommunications customers through chat and email channels. You will assist with account-related inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, technical issues, and product information while delivering accurate, timely, and customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with account management, billing concerns, plan changes, and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot basic mobile, internet, and telecommunications service issues.
  • Process account updates, activations, upgrades, cancellations, and other customer requests.
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in the system.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and service level agreement (SLA) targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and established procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must at least Highschool Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior Highschool
