As a
Premium Telco Non-Voice Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer support to premium telecommunications customers through chat and email channels. You will assist with account-related inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, technical issues, and product information while delivering accurate, timely, and customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with account management, billing concerns, plan changes, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot basic mobile, internet, and telecommunications service issues.
- Process account updates, activations, upgrades, cancellations, and other customer requests.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and service level agreement (SLA) targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and established procedures.
Qualifications
- Must at least Highschool Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior Highschool
