Cash & Liquidity Management: Optimize daily cash balances to ensure the business always has enough funds to cover operations and obligations.
Funding & Capital Structure: Oversee short-term and long-term funding strategies, debt management, and capital raising efforts.
Financial Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage risks related to foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate fluctuations.
Banking Relationships: Negotiate credit lines, interest rates, and service agreements with banks and financial institutions.
Cash Forecasting: Lead regular cash flow forecasting to guide business investments and capital deployment.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure treasury operations follow financial regulations and company policies. Provide regular reports to the CFO and executive team.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. Advanced degrees (MBA) or certifications (CPA, CFA, or CTP) are strongly preferred.
Experience: Typically 10 to 15 years in corporate finance or banking, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Skills: Expert knowledge of financial markets, liquidity planning, and treasury management software (TMS). Strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
