We are looking for a detail-oriented Media Buyer role to manage the daily technical operations of our advertising accounts. This role is dedicated to the "Ad Ops" side of digital marketing-building campaigns, ensuring tracking is flawless, and performing daily optimizations. You will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing and gain high-level exposure to performance strategies in a fast-growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end setup of paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and
Google Ads (Search & Performance Max).
Monitor account health daily to ensure budgets are pacing correctly and ads are running without errors.
Perform routine adjustments, such as pausing underperforming creatives, refreshing audiences, and basic bid management.
Create and manage UTM links and verify that conversion pixels/signals are firing correctly on landing pages.
Prepare simple weekly performance snapshots focusing on core KPI like Spend, CPA, and ROAS.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Platform Proficiency: Functional knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Ads interfaces.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager (GT) and GA4 is a major plus.
- Data Handling: Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic performance tracking.
- Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager or e-commerce platforms like
- Lazada/Shopee.
- Mindset: A solution-oriented attitude with extreme attention to detail and a desire to learn from senior leadership.
