As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring efficiency in resource allocation and seamless coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
Develop and implement a structured project plan with SMART metrics and clear deliverables.
Manage event activations, including manpower hiring, operational planning, and client coordination.
Supervise Project Supervisors, Local Coordinators, and Team Leaders, providing clear instructions and guidance.
Conduct on-site inspections within the first 3 days to assess execution quality and recommend adjustments.
Act as a solution provider by optimizing event strategies and ensuring top-tier execution.
Maintain project documentation, including briefing decks, cost estimates, inventory reports, and post-event evaluations.
Oversee materials and stock management, aligning with warehouse personnel and project teams.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Project Management, Events, or Marketing Activations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and resource management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Willing to work on-site as required for project execution.
