Position Overview
We are seeking experienced
Radiographic Testing (RT) Technicians to join our team as Job Performers. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on RT expertise and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic testing operations in compliance with ASNT RT Level II standards
- Execute work safely according to WMS (Work Management System) requirements
- Manage documentation and maintain accurate records
- Select appropriate equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate effectively with clients, HSE teams, and operations staff
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Apply PTW (Permit-to-Work) procedures for all assigned tasks
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience (Choose applicable path):
- Engineering Graduates: 2 years of relevant experience
- Diploma Holders (Non-Engineering): 3 years of relevant experience
- Other Backgrounds: 6–8 years of relevant experience (subject to approval)
Certifications & Technical Skills
- ASNT RT Level II Certification (required)
- WMS Full Package Certification (for ADNOC projects)
- Proficiency in radiographic testing methodologies and equipment
Language & Communication
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
- Ability to comprehend technical documentation and safety procedures
Core Competencies
- Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to WMS safety requirements and PTW procedures
- Documentation Management: Accurate record-keeping and report generation
- Equipment Expertise: Proper selection and use of RT equipment and PPE
- Client Relations: Effective communication with external clients and internal HSE/Operations teams
- Standards Compliance: Knowledge of and commitment to industry standards and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience on ADNOC projects
- Additional ASNT certifications (Level III or specialized endorsements)
- Experience with digital documentation systems
- Track record of zero safety incidents
