Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, and schedules.
  • Arrange meetings, travel, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding when appropriate.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Assist in planning company events, meetings, and special projects.
  • Conduct research and compile information as requested.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with service providers when necessary.
  • Perform personal errands and other duties assigned by the executive.
  • SALARY RANGE: 20K-25K
  • WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
  • WORK LOCATION: Makati City
