Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the main contact in Supply Chain Operations for Key Account customer, NextDC.
  • Support end to end order processing for Key Account customer including but not limited to the following:
    • Order Entry to Oracle System.
    • Reviewing on hand stocks that can be allocated and used for the project.
    • Releasing POs to suppliers.
    • Work with suppliers and freight forwarders on timely deliveries to meet the project timeline.
  • Ensure customer order are processed correctly and on time.
  • Engaged and provides regular update to the project management team.
  • Monitor and review inventory level to ensure stocks are coming in just in time.
  • Anticipates problem and proactively suggest or provide solution before the issue gets escalated.
Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any other related course.
  • 3 to 5 years of on hand experience in supply chain, logistics and procurement operations.
  • Demonstrates ability to supervise staffs and resolve conflicts.
  • Solid ERP and well develop computer skills.
  • Strong understanding end to end supply chain process.
  • Good Command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to communication with all levels within the organization.
  • Good balance between independent and team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization, eye for detail and accountable to the tasks assigned.
