As the Procurement Systems & Continuous Improvement Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day administration of procurement systems, governance, reporting, and process improvements—ensuring procurement operations are efficient, compliant, and supported by reliable data and technology.

Your work will be instrumental in driving procurement transformation by promoting system adoption, maintaining data integrity, monitoring compliance, and identifying opportunities to simplify and automate processes. Through meaningful reporting and performance insights, you will help enable better decision-making and continuous operational improvement.

By collaborating closely with Strategic Procurement, Procurement Operations, the Corporate Services Group, and business units, you will contribute to creating standardized, technology-enabled procurement processes that enhance user experience, strengthen governance, and support the organization's long-term growth.

What You’ll Do..

Procurement Intake Management (iRequest)

  • Serve as the first-level administrator and triage owner of the Procurement iRequest platform.
  • Review incoming procurement requests for completeness, accuracy, required approvals, and supporting documentation before routing them to the appropriate Procurement team.
  • Validate request categorization, spend classification, sourcing approach, and priority level to ensure proper assignment.
  • Coordinate with requestors to obtain missing information and resolve submission issues.
  • Monitor intake queues and service levels to ensure timely routing and assignment of requests.
  • Maintain iRequest workflows, forms, templates, and routing rules in coordination with Business Intelligence and Procurement leadership.
  • Analyze intake trends and recommend improvements to simplify request submission and improve user experience.

Procurement Systems Administration

  • Administer procurement systems, supplier portals, eSourcing platforms, contract management solutions, and procurement workflows.
  • Coordinate system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Act as the first point of contact for procurement system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT and system vendors.
  • Support digital procurement initiatives including automation, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow optimization.

Master Data & Catalog Governance

  • Maintain supplier, material, service, and catalog master data.
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of procurement data.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, accreditation, screening, and periodic data cleansing.

Procurement Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards and KPI reports.
  • Monitor procurement performance including:
    • Procurement cycle time
    • PR aging
    • PO aging
    • Contract compliance
    • Preferred supplier utilization
    • Savings realization
    • Supplier performance
    • Tail-endMaverick spend
    • User adoption
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management.
Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and workflow reviews.
  • Recommend process simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities.
  • Support Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in procurement transformation projects.

Supplier Performance Governance

  • Coordinate supplier performance evaluations.
  • Track completion and action plans.
  • Consolidate supplier scorecards and identify recurring performance issues.

Procurement Governance & Compliance

  • Monitor compliance with procurement policies, approval authorities, sourcing thresholds, and governance requirements.
  • Perform regular compliance reviews and identify procurement risks, policy deviations, purchase splitting, and maverick spend.
  • Recommend preventive controls and corrective actions.

Stakeholder Support

  • Deliver procurement system training and user support.
  • Develop user guides, SOPs, and knowledge materials.
  • Promote adoption of procurement systems and best practices.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • At least 4 years of procurement experience, preferably in procurement operations, sourcing support, governance, or process improvement.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and procurement reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
